Conceived at the peak of COVID when home suddenly had to serve as a sanctuary for work, school, and play, the clients wanted to create a safe space for their customers. iDesign seamlessly paired health and wellness with urban design. The result was functional, modern townhomes that appealed to a health-oriented, younger demographic seeking an enhanced urban living experience. An uplifting, somewhat feminie palette sets off the sleek exteriors of the homes. Clean lines are carried into the minimalist, airy interiors, which feature high-tech air filters and a Samsung AirDresser in each unit.
