Secret Bakehouse was a passion project centered around a unique soft cookie with intriguing flavours like Malteaser, matcha, espresso, salted egg yolk, and cereal. To test the local Vancouver market, the founder decided to adopt a cloud bakery model, where the location of the bakery would remain a secret, but customers could order online for pickup or delivery. iDesign was brought on to develop and execute a consistent marketing strategy that would appeal to a younger demographic, using Instagram as the platform of choice. Starting with the branding, the team designed a cute, brightly-coloured logo depicting a little cookie hiding inside a keyhole shape. To maximize reach and build brand awareness, iDesign’s social media experts built campaigns around events such as Chinese New Year’s and Christmas. Each campaign had a unique theme and incorporated short-form animation.
